TERMS AND CONDITIONS

First Aid Training That Cares requires all monies to be paid in full, prior to each class starting. Clients are required to give at least 48 hours written notice of their intention to cancel a course. Only then will a full refund be payable. In the event of a client wishing to cancel a course, we will offer an alternate, mutually agreeable course date. All certificates will be valid within the dates given. All certificates are currently being externally certificated through Pro-Training.eu, a registered training academy.

Any unacceptable behaviour or abuse towards the trainer or other pupils will not be tolerated. Anyone deemed to break these rules will be excluded and no refund given. This is at the discretion of the trainer. All course fees are VAT exempt. First Aid Training That Cares meets all of its regulatory requirements to safeguard client data under The Data Protection legislation. First Aid Training That Cares accepts no liability for advice given during workplace visits.
